Job Description:

• Manage remote bookings and ensure timely shipment collection • Analyze service failures and lead service recovery actions • Implement corrective and preventive measures • Handle customer complaints and insurance claims efficiently • Educate customers on value-added services (insurance, shipping tools) • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities • Investigate shipment issues (delays, damages, misroutes) • Train customer service agents on service standards • Collaborate with internal teams and global stations • Ensure compliance with ISO standards and internal procedures

Job Requirements:

• University graduate • 2–3 years experience in customer service (complaints & claims handling) • Excellent English communication skills • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills • Strong planning, organization, and decision-making abilities • Ability to work under pressure and manage urgent situations • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
