Job Description:
• Handle inbound/outbound calls with UAE customers
• Provide customer support and resolve inquiries efficiently
• Deliver high-quality service and maintain customer satisfaction
• Follow communication guidelines and service standards
• Escalate complex issues when needed
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree (any major)
• English level B1+ to Excellent
• Strong communication and handling skills
• Flexibility to work rotational shifts
