Job Description:
• Manage order entry, processing, and release
• Monitor order book to ensure on-time delivery
• Provide visibility on stock, pricing, and product details
• Prepare export documents and handle L/C processes
• Handle shipment claims and return requests
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Operations
• Track KPIs and generate performance reports
• Support business targets and process improvements
Job Requirements:
• 2–3 years experience in customer service / supply chain / logistics
• Strong understanding of order management & operations
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and ability to handle pressure
• Strong MS Office skills
• ERP/SAP knowledge is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
• Fluent English (French is a plus)
