Job Description:
• Deliver digital products on time, within scope, and within budget
• Define project objectives and build delivery roadmaps
• Lead Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Reviews, Retrospectives)
• Manage stakeholders and maintain strong client relationships
• Track KPIs, timelines, and overall project performance
• Identify risks, dependencies, and implement mitigation plans
• Remove blockers and drive high team performance
• Improve Agile processes and delivery practices continuously
• Ensure QA standards and high-quality delivery
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 5+ years experience in project management & software delivery
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies
• Experience with tools like Jira
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Fluent in English and Arabic
