Job Description:
• Manage sourcing operations including RFx, renewals, and quick-bids
• Handle procurement requests and ensure SLA compliance
• Act as main point of contact for suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Provide comparative data analysis for supplier evaluation
• Draft and manage contracts and SOWs following governance policies
• Conduct spend analysis and identify process improvements
• Support Source-to-Pay (S2P) optimization initiatives
Job Requirements:
• Experience in procurement, sourcing, or shared services
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills
• Experience with tools like SAP, Coupa, or Oracle
• Strong data analysis and supplier evaluation skills
• Basic contract knowledge and documentation handling
• Fluent English (additional languages like French, Spanish, or German are a plus)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field
• Professional certifications (CIPS, CPSM, SCM) are a plus
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
