Job Description:

🔹 About the Role Teleperformance is hiring an Information Technology Service Desk Specialist to support IT operations, incident management, and end-user technical support within an enterprise environment. This role is ideal for IT Support and Service Desk professionals with strong troubleshooting skills and experience working with Microsoft environments and Active Directory. 🔹 Key Responsibilities 🖥️ Technical Support & Troubleshooting • Serve as the first point of contact for technical support requests • Provide support via phone and email for software and desktop issues • Perform remote troubleshooting and guide users through solutions • Support password resets, access issues, and account management 🎫 Service Desk & Incident Management • Handle incidents and service requests through ticketing systems • Follow up on tickets and ensure resolution within SLAs • Escalate unresolved issues to relevant technical teams • Document troubleshooting steps and solutions in the knowledge base 🔐 System Administration • Manage Active Directory user accounts and security groups • Apply Group Policies (GPOs) and support access management • Support Microsoft 365, Azure Entra ID, Intune, and related systems

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Service Desk or IT Support • Strong knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and desktop support • Experience with Active Directory administration • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure Entra ID, Intune, and Tanium • Experience using IT ticketing systems and incident management tools • Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • English level: B1 or above • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
