👥 Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business goals
• Manage the full hiring process from sourcing to onboarding
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines
• Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience
📊 Leadership & Operations
• Lead, mentor, and support the recruitment team
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
• Track recruitment metrics and improve hiring processes
• Prepare job offers and recruitment documentation

• Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies
• Maintain organized hiring records and documentation

Job Requirements:
• 5–8 years of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition
• 2–3 years of leadership or senior recruitment experience
• Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and sourcing techniques
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Experience working with remote or distributed teams
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field is preferred
• Tech recruitment experience is a strong plus
