This role is ideal for experienced recruitment professionals with strong leadership, talent acquisition, and team management capabilities. 🔹 Key Responsibilities 👥 Recruitment & Talent Acquisition • Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business goals • Manage the full hiring process from sourcing to onboarding • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines • Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience 📊 Leadership & Operations • Lead, mentor, and support the recruitment team • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs • Track recruitment metrics and improve hiring processes • Prepare job offers and recruitment documentation ⚖️ Compliance & Process Management • Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies • Maintain organized hiring records and documentation • Support continuous improvement of recruitment workflows

Job Requirements:
