Job Description:
• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business objectives
• Manage the full procurement cycle including RFQs, tenders, negotiations, and purchase orders
• Build and maintain strong supplier and contractor relationships
• Evaluate vendor quotations to secure the best pricing, quality, and delivery terms
• Coordinate with Engineering, Construction, Finance, and Operations teams
• Monitor procurement budgets and achieve cost-saving targets
• Ensure timely procurement of materials, equipment, and project services
• Review and negotiate contracts, agreements, and commercial terms
• Maintain approved vendor lists and evaluate supplier performance
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures
• Prepare procurement reports, analysis, and forecasts for management
• Handle procurement risks and resolve supply chain issues proactively
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
• 7–10 years of procurement experience within Real Estate or Construction
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, suppliers, and procurement workflows
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Experience in tendering, contracts, and supplier management
• Strong analytical, budgeting, and cost-control abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
• Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure
• Experience with Real Estate Developers or Construction Companies is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of local market suppliers and subcontractors
