Job Description:
• Deliver high-quality technical support to SaaS customers
• Respond to customer inquiries through chat, inbox systems, and video calls
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide suitable solutions
• Help customers understand product features, functions, and best practices
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Tech, and Customer teams to solve complex issues
• Monitor recurring customer concerns and suggest process improvements
• Empower customers to use self-service resources effectively
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and timely response standards
Job Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in Customer Support, preferably in SaaS or IT environments
• Experience with at least one of the following: API integrations, WhatsApp API, or Agentic AI
• Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and professionally
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High empathy and customer-focused mindset
• Ability to work in fixed shifts within a remote environment
• Team-oriented attitude with eagerness to learn and grow
