Job Description:
🔹 About the Role
A growing company is hiring SME’s Relationship Managers to manage client relationships, support lending activities, and drive business growth within the SME sector.
This role is ideal for candidates with experience in loans, lending, and financial products within banks or finance companies.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
🤝 Client Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with SME clients
• Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Follow up with clients and provide ongoing support throughout the lending cycle
💰 Lending & Business Development
• Promote SME loan products and financial solutions
• Handle client acquisition and portfolio management activities
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth
📊 Operations & Coordination
• Coordinate with internal teams to process applications efficiently
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with company procedures
• Monitor customer accounts and maintain updated client records
Job Requirements:
• Previous experience in Loans / Lending
• Experience in Banking Sector or Finance Companies is required
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Client-focused mindset with strong relationship management abilities
• Ability to achieve targets and work under pressure
