🔹 Position: Accountant
📊 Financial Reporting Team
We're looking for a detail-oriented accounting professional to support financial reporting, tax compliance, statutory requirements, and international accounting operations across African subsidiaries.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Egypt Statutory & Tax Compliance
• Manage VAT and WHT filings and payments
• Coordinate Egypt Tax Authority (ETA) audits
• Support income tax filing activities with tax consultants
• Coordinate with HR and Legal teams on statutory requirements
✅ Financial Reporting & Accounting
• Execute monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities
• Prepare reconciliations and financial schedules
• Perform bank and intercompany reconciliations
• Manage Accounts Payable and vendor payments
• Handle petty cash and fixed asset reconciliations
• Support internal and external audit activities
• Maintain accuracy and integrity of financial records
Job Requirements:
✔ 4–5 years of accounting experience
✔ Strong knowledge of financial reporting and month-end close
✔ Hands-on experience with GL reconciliations
✔ Experience with Egyptian tax compliance (VAT & WHT)
✔ Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment
