Osloop Development is hiring a Data Engineer to join its growing technology team and work on building scalable data systems and pipelines in a dynamic startup environment.
🔹 Key Responsibilities / Tech Scope:
• Build and maintain data pipelines using modern data engineering tools
• Work with Python and data transformation technologies like DBT
• Design and optimize SQL queries for complex data transformations
• Work with databases such as PostgreSQL, Snowflake, ClickHouse, DuckDB, and Databricks
• Handle data linkage and entity resolution tasks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on data-driven solutions
• Participate in improving system performance and data quality
⚙️ Tech Stack:
Python • SQL • DBT • Dagster • PostgreSQL • Snowflake • ClickHouse • Databricks • Git
Job Requirements:
• 1–3 years of experience in Data Engineering or related field
• Strong SQL skills and ability to write complex queries
• Solid Python & Pandas knowledge
• Experience with data pipelines and transformation tools
• Familiarity with analytical databases
• Strong problem-solving and algorithmic thinking skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
🌱 Nice to Have:
• Experience with recommendation systems or entity resolution
• Familiarity with AWS / Azure
• Experience with Jira, Slack, or similar tools
• Background in data-driven products
