Wadi Group is hiring a Personnel Specialist to join its HR team and play a key role in supporting employees and ensuring smooth HR operations within a fast-paced environment.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage personnel administration including onboarding, offboarding, and employee records
• Act as the main point of contact for employee inquiries and support
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and internal procedures
• Assist in recruitment activities and interview coordination
• Maintain and update employee data using Microsoft Office tools
• Support payroll-related administrative tasks
• Contribute to building a positive and productive workplace culture
Job Requirements:
• 2–3 years of experience in HR, personnel, or administrative roles
