🚀 Join a global procurement team and support procurement operations across Europe by managing catalogs, contracts, buying channels, supplier content, and procurement system optimization.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage catalog content, buying channels, and contract enablement on Ariba
• Create and update supplier catalogs based on procurement requirements
• Perform quality checks on catalog data, pricing, and item accuracy
• Maintain catalog SLAs and ensure timely updates
• Act as the main contact for suppliers regarding catalog-related inquiries
• Conduct catalog performance reviews and identify optimization opportunities
• Analyze spend data to increase catalog penetration and automation
• Coordinate with procurement, suppliers, and technical teams on punch-out catalogs
• Support buying channel optimization and procurement process improvements
• Prepare catalog performance reports and procurement insights
• Drive end-user adoption of preferred buying channels
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 2–3 years of relevant experience
• Procurement, analytics, or supply chain background preferred
• Experience with SAP ERP and Ariba or Coupa procurement systems
• Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
• Excellent English communication skills
• French or German language is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Stakeholder management and communication capabilities
• Strong attention to detail and process-oriented mindset
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and fast-paced environments
