🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Support customers after onboarding and throughout their journey
• Build strong customer relationships to improve retention and loyalty
• Provide product and technical support
• Demonstrate product use cases and best practices
• Act as the bridge between customers and sales teams
• Identify opportunities to increase customer engagement and satisfaction
Job Requirements:
✔ C1/C2 Italian Language Proficiency (Mandatory)
✔ Strong communication and customer-facing skills
✔ Sales-oriented and relationship-driven personality
✔ Strong PC and digital skills
✔ Self-motivated with the ability to learn independently
✔ Experience handling business conversations by phone
✔ Knowledge of software products or business processes is a plus
