We are looking for a Parts Manager – Inventory Control to oversee inventory performance, stock availability, and supplier coordination across multiple locations while driving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
🔹 Job Purpose:
Ensure optimal stock availability and inventory performance across all warehouses while aligning with KPIs and business objectives.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Lead supplier discussions and sourcing strategy alignment
• Identify and onboard alternative suppliers to strengthen sourcing
• Manage inventory planning across sales, campaigns, and seasonal demand
• Monitor stock KPIs including lead times, fill rates, and backorders
• Improve inventory turnover and reduce deadstock
• Optimize stock availability and reduce VOR items
• Maintain inventory systems (Syncron / Autoline)
• Ensure accurate reporting and ETA updates
• Drive continuous process improvement and operational efficiency
• Develop and mentor inventory team members
• Ensure compliance with QHSE and OSH standards
Job Requirements:
✔ 10+ years experience in inventory / parts management
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business, or related field
✔ Strong analytical and forecasting skills
✔ Experience with inventory systems (Syncron preferred)
✔ Automotive or parts industry experience is a strong advantage
✔ Leadership and stakeholder management capability
