Job Description:
A leading company is looking for a highly organized and proactive CEO Personal Assistant to support executive operations, manage priorities, and ensure seamless coordination across multiple business activities.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage and optimize the CEO's calendar, meetings, and daily schedule.
✅ Prepare daily Morning Plans and Evening Review reports.
✅ Assign, track, and follow up on tasks across teams and departments.
✅ Maintain organized task databases and ensure accountability.
✅ Manage business emails and critical communications via Outlook.
✅ Draft and review professional emails and executive correspondence.
✅ Support personal branding initiatives and executive visibility activities.
✅ Utilize AI tools to automate workflows, conduct research, and improve productivity.
✅ Prepare reports, presentations, executive summaries, and business research.
Job Requirements:
✔ 1–3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
✔ Fluent English and Arabic (spoken and written).
✔ Strong experience with Microsoft Outlook and Google Workspace.
✔ Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
✔ Experience with task management, follow-up, and stakeholder coordination.
✔ Familiarity with personal branding and professional content coordination.
✔ Good understanding of AI tools and productivity platforms.
✔ Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
✔ Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
✔ Male candidates are preferred.
✔ Flexibility to support business needs outside regular working hours when required.
