📢 Recruiter | $20/hr Remote 💰 $15 – $20/hour 📍 Remote | EMEA 🕒 10–40 Hours/Week | Contract Role Crossing Hurdles is hiring an Associate Recruiter to support end-to-end recruitment operations across sourcing, candidate engagement, and hiring coordination in a fully remote setup. 🔹 Key Responsibilities: • Support full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding • Identify and engage top talent through sourcing & market research • Manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously • Communicate professionally with candidates and hiring teams • Maintain accurate records in ATS systems • Collaborate with recruitment team to improve candidate experience • Contribute to process improvements and efficiency

Job Requirements:

• Experience in recruitment, sourcing, or HR-related roles • Strong organizational & project management skills • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) • Strong analytical thinking & problem-solving ability • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Comfortable working remotely with digital tools • Self-motivated and proactive mindset
