Mashreq Bank is looking for a **Business Banking Assistant Relationship Manager** to join its SMEs Retail Banking team.
### Key Responsibilities:
✅ Promote and sell Business Banking liability products.
✅ Acquire new SME customers and grow the existing portfolio.
✅ Develop long-term client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
✅ Offer Cash Management, Payment & Collection Solutions.
✅ Cross-sell banking products and increase relationship profitability.
✅ Conduct client visits and achieve monthly sales targets.
✅ Ensure high-quality customer service and compliance with bank policies.
Job Requirements:
🎓 Bachelor's Degree.
💼 2–3 years of experience as a Relationship Manager or in Business Banking.
💬 Good command of English and Arabic.
🤝 Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
