🔹 **About the Role:**
Scry AI is looking for a **Business Analyst** to bridge business needs with technology solutions by gathering requirements, improving business processes, and supporting the successful delivery of enterprise AI products. You'll collaborate with product, engineering, QA, and business teams to transform complex business challenges into practical technology solutions.
🔹 **Key Responsibilities:**
✅ Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
✅ Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories
✅ Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements
✅ Document workflows, BRDs, FRDs, and acceptance criteria
✅ Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, and business teams throughout project delivery
✅ Facilitate workshops, requirement sessions, and stakeholder meetings
✅ Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate business requirements
✅ Prepare reports, dashboards, and analytical insights for stakeholders
Job Requirements:
✔ Experience in Business Analysis, Product Analysis, Process Improvement, or Requirements Management
✔ Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
✔ Experience gathering and documenting business requirements
✔ Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or other software development methodologies is preferred
✔ Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, Excel, or similar tools
✔ Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

• Interest in AI, enterprise software, and digital transformation
• Experience working with cross-functional technical teams
• Strong documentation and process mapping skills
