### About the Role
Soul and More is hiring an **Account Executive** to manage client relationships, coordinate orders, support business growth, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
### Key Responsibilities
🔹 Process client orders accurately and coordinate with Operations & Logistics
🔹 Build strong, long-term client relationships and maintain satisfaction
🔹 Collaborate with Marketing, Product & Customer Success teams
🔹 Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outreach, referrals, and campaigns
🔹 Follow up with clients post-sale and resolve concerns
🔹 Handle complaints, delays, and service issues professionally
🔹 Maintain accurate records of orders, contracts, and communications
🔹 Identify upselling opportunities and support repeat business
Job Requirements:
✅ **1–2 years of relevant experience**
🎓 **Graduates only**
📍 Living near **Zayed or 6th of October**
🤝 Flexible and adaptable
🗣️ Excellent communication skills
💬 Strong negotiation, resilience & relationship-building skills
