### What You’ll Do
🔹 Design realistic accounting scenarios based on real professional workflows
🔹 Create tasks involving financial statements, reconciliations, journal entries, audit procedures, tax filings, month-end close, and internal controls
🔹 Review and compare AI-generated accounting outputs for **accuracy, GAAP/IFRS compliance, and professional judgment**
🔹 Create structured examples that reflect how accountants actually solve problems
🔹 Provide clear written feedback to improve AI accounting performance
🔹 Collaborate asynchronously with the research team
Job Requirements:
✅ **3+ years** of professional experience in accounting, audit, tax, bookkeeping, or finance operations
✅ **CPA, CA, ACCA, CMA, EA, or equivalent professional credential required**
✅ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
✅ Experience with accounting tools such as **QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or Excel**
✅ Strong written communication and attention to detail
