Mercor is collaborating with a leading AI lab to engage experienced **Education Experts** and help build AI systems that understand and reason about real-world educational work.

### 📚 What You’ll Do
🔹 Design realistic educational scenarios based on your professional experience
🔹 Create tasks involving **lesson planning, assessment, grading, curriculum design, differentiation, intervention, IEPs, accommodations, and student feedback**
🔹 Review and compare AI-generated educational outputs
🔹 Evaluate accuracy, standards alignment, grade-level appropriateness, and pedagogical judgment
🔹 Create structured examples showing how educators reason through real problems
🔹 Provide clear written feedback to improve AI performance
🔹 Collaborate asynchronously with the research team
