### About the Role
micro1 is engaging **expert Senior Software Engineers** to help train next-generation AI systems through high-quality, real-world software engineering tasks.
No prior AI experience is required — **your software engineering expertise is what matters.**
### What You’ll Do
🔹 Create **Reinforcement Learning Environments** to test AI models on complex software engineering problems
🔹 Build reproducible environments and **golden reference solutions**
🔹 Fix complex bugs and software defects across diverse codebases
🔹 Implement robust, scalable features
🔹 Refactor legacy code and improve performance and maintainability
🔹 Provide expert-level code samples and debugging strategies
🔹 Document technical reasoning, solution approaches, and code decisions

Job Requirements:
