micro1 is selecting experienced **Mechanical Engineers** to contribute to a customer project focused on developing advanced AI systems for engineering applications.
Your real-world expertise in **3D CAD, technical drawings, tolerances and FEA** will help train and validate next-generation AI systems.

### What You’ll Do
🔹 Produce detailed **3D CAD models** of mechanical components
🔹 Work with **SolidWorks, NX, Creo or CATIA**
🔹 Interpret technical drawings, dimensions, **GD&T/tolerances & specifications**
🔹 Define component requirements and manufacturing specifications
🔹 Provide technical insight on **stress analysis & FEA** tasks
🔹 Review and critique CAD outputs and engineering documentation
🔹 Evaluate AI-generated engineering outputs for accuracy and clarity
🔹 Provide expert written and verbal feedback for AI model training and validation
🔹 Collaborate asynchronously with cross-functional engineering teams
Job Requirements:
✅ **5+ years of hands-on Mechanical Design Engineering experience**
✅ Strong **3D CAD modeling** experience
✅ Proficiency in **SolidWorks, NX, Creo or CATIA**
✅ Strong ability to interpret and produce technical drawings
✅ Knowledge of **dimensions, tolerances & manufacturing specifications**
✅ Solid conceptual understanding of **stress analysis & FEA**
✅ Experience with engineering validation and technical documentation
✅ Strong written and verbal communication
✅ Meticulous attention to engineering detail
✅ Understanding of the engineering process from **requirements → design → validation → documentation**
