🧩 **Puzzle Solver (Coding) – Remote - $50–$80/hour** 💰 **Pay:** $50–$80/hour 💼 **Type:** Contractor 🌍 **Work Model:** Fully Remote – Global ⏱️ **Availability:** ~15 hours/week 👥 **Openings:** 100 🔥 **Start ASAP** micro1 is looking for highly skilled **Coding Puzzle Solvers** to contribute to an advanced **AI training project** focused on algorithmic reasoning, debugging, technical problem-solving, and reproducible software solutions. ### What You’ll Do 🔹 Solve coding, logic, debugging, and technical reasoning challenges 🔹 Analyze unfamiliar problems and translate requirements into working solutions 🔹 Select appropriate **algorithms and data structures** 🔹 Work with terminal-based development environments and existing codebases 🔹 Implement efficient and reliable solutions 🔹 Identify edge cases, hidden assumptions, constraints, and failure conditions 🔹 Debug code, tests, dependencies, and environment issues 🔹 Develop tests and verification methods 🔹 Review AI-generated solutions and identify logic errors and constraint violations 🔹 Produce reproducible solutions that can be automatically evaluated 🔹 Explain technical reasoning, implementation decisions, and trade-offs clearly

Job Requirements:

✅ Strong **algorithmic problem-solving** skills ✅ Proficiency in **Python, C++, Java, Rust, Go, C#, JavaScript, TypeScript**, or another general-purpose language ✅ Strong understanding of **Data Structures & Algorithms** ✅ Excellent reasoning around complexity, constraints, correctness, and edge cases ✅ Experience debugging unfamiliar code ✅ Comfortable working independently in terminal-based environments ✅ Ability to produce reproducible and testable solutions ✅ Strong written and verbal technical communication ⭐ **Nice to Have:** A public/verifiable **Codeforces** profile demonstrating meaningful competitive-programming experience. ### Process 1️⃣ Apply & complete screening questions 2️⃣ ~30-minute AI interview 3️⃣ Technical assessment, if required 4️⃣ Hiring manager review ### Compensation 💵 **$50–$80/hour** ⚠️ Compensation is **output-based** — experts are paid per task that meets project specifications.
