### 🔎 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Handle customer account transactions and banking services
🔹 Accept payments, cash checks, check account balances, and process fund transfers
🔹 Ensure all transactions comply with Banque Misr policies, procedures, KYC, and compliance standards
🔹 Identify potential sales referrals and customer needs
🔹 Balance the cash drawer against the settlement sheet
🔹 Investigate and resolve cash shortages or overages
Job Requirements:
✔️ Bachelor’s Degree
✔️ Graduated in **2024, 2025, or 2026**
✔️ Minimum graduation grade: **Good**
✔️ 0–3 years of experience in banking branch services
✔️ Good English proficiency
✔️ Excellent computer skills, especially MS Office
✔️ Strong communication and presentation skills
✔️ Must not have previously been tested by Banque Misr
