**Banque Misr** is hiring **Customer Service & Teller** professionals to join its Branches Network across Egypt.

### 🔎 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Serve customers and complete **account transactions**
🔹 Execute cash and branch transactions in line with Banque Misr policies and procedures
🔹 Ensure compliance with **KYC and regulatory standards**
🔹 Process payments, cheque cashing, account balance inquiries, and fund transfers
🔹 Identify and generate **sales referrals**
🔹 Balance cash drawers against settlement sheets
🔹 Investigate and recover any cash shortages or overages
Job Requirements:
✔️ University degree
✔️ **0–3 years** of experience in banking branch services
✔️ Graduation year between **2024 and 2026**
✔️ Minimum graduation grade: **Good**
✔️ Good **English** proficiency
✔️ Excellent PC skills, especially **MS Office**
✔️ Good communication and presentation skills
✔️ Must **not have been previously tested by Banque Misr**
✔️ Must have **no relatives up to the 3rd degree** working at Banque Misr
