micro1 is seeking native English speakers from **Ireland, Australia, and the United Kingdom** to support an AI training project by evaluating audio recordings and providing structured feedback on pronunciation, accents, fluency, and natural speech.

### 🔎 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Listen to and evaluate short English audio recordings
🔹 Assess whether speech sounds natural and native to the target accent or region
🔹 Evaluate pronunciation, accent, fluency, tone, and natural speech patterns
🔹 Identify inconsistencies and unnatural elements in spoken English
🔹 Provide clear, structured written feedback
🔹 Follow project guidelines to maintain accuracy and consistency
Job Requirements:
✅ Native English speaker from Ireland, Australia, or the United Kingdom
✅ Strong knowledge of your native or regional English accent
✅ Excellent listening and analytical skills
✅ Strong understanding of pronunciation and natural speech patterns
✅ Excellent written English and attention to detail
✅ Ability to work independently in a remote environment
