📢 **Operations Manager**
A leading company is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain and operational activities, aligning production, planning, procurement, inventory, and customer service to achieve operational excellence.

📊 **Experience:** 10+ years
👔 **Leadership Experience:** Minimum 5 years in a managerial role
🎓 **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
### 🔎 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Lead Production, Planning, Procurement, and Warehouse functions
🔹 Align demand forecasts with production capacity and supply capabilities
🔹 Ensure production targets are achieved on time, within quality standards, and at optimal cost
🔹 Manage procurement activities, supplier relationships, and material availability
🔹 Maintain accurate inventory levels and efficient warehouse operations
🔹 Coordinate with Sales to ensure timely order fulfillment and high customer service levels
🔹 Monitor and improve operational KPIs, including productivity, inventory accuracy, service levels, and costs
🔹 Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and regulatory standards, including GMP, HACCP, and ISO
🔹 Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and optimize processes
🔹 Develop and coach operations teams to build a high-performance culture
Job Requirements:
✅ 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing, or Production Management
✅ At least 5 years in a managerial leadership role
✅ **Mandatory industry experience in at least one of the following:**
* FMCG
* Food Processing
* Food Ingredients
✅ Strong background in both Supply Chain Management and Operations Leadership
✅ Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
