A leading restaurant group in Cairo is seeking an experienced Purchasing Manager to lead procurement operations, develop strategic supplier relationships, control costs, and ensure the timely delivery of quality ingredients and equipment across multiple restaurant locations.

### 🔎 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Lead the end-to-end procurement cycle, from supplier sourcing to final delivery.
🔹 Build and maintain strong supplier relationships and drive supplier development.
🔹 Implement cost-saving strategies while maintaining product quality standards.
🔹 Oversee logistics and ensure timely deliveries across all restaurant locations.
🔹 Coordinate with chefs and operations teams to align purchasing with seasonal menus and business growth.
🔹 Manage procurement efficiency, inventory, and cost control across restaurant operations.
🔹 Identify opportunities to improve supply chain performance and operational reliability.
Job Requirements:
✅ 10–12 years of experience in Purchasing or Supply Chain Management, preferably in hospitality or food and beverage.
✅ Strong expertise in vendor management and supplier development.
✅ Extensive knowledge of procurement strategies and logistics in multi-site operations.
✅ Proven leadership and team management skills.
✅ Strong understanding of restaurant inventory management and cost control.
✅ Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to build long-term supplier partnerships.
✅ Availability to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt.
