Job Description:
🔎 **Follow Up & Monitoring Progress Auditor / Senior Auditor**
**Arab African International Bank (AAIB)** is hiring an **Auditor / Senior Auditor** to monitor the implementation and closure of internal, external, and regulatory audit recommendations, with a focus on **Technology, Credit, and Treasury**.

### 🔎 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Track and monitor audit recommendations and corrective actions through **Teammate+**
🔹 Conduct follow-up procedures in line with internal audit methodology
🔹 Use **Teammate Analytics** for statistical sampling where applicable
🔹 Review and validate closure evidence submitted by business units
🔹 Test the design and operating effectiveness of controls addressing identified gaps
🔹 Give additional focus to **high-risk audit recommendations** and regulatory requirements
🔹 Maintain recommendation status, evidence, closure confirmations, and target-date extensions on Teammate+
🔹 Prepare closure packs, dashboards, exception reports, and periodic status reports using **Excel & Power BI**
🔹 Work with audit teams and recommendation owners to clarify action plans and follow-up requirements
🔹 Identify recurring delays or reopened recommendations and report themes for process improvement
🔹 Ensure compliance with department policies, procedures, and internal audit standards
Job Requirements:
✔️ Bachelor’s Degree in **Business, Accounting, or a related field**
✔️ **3+ years** relevant experience for Auditor
✔️ **5+ years** relevant experience for Senior Auditor, preferably in Audit or Risk Management
✔️ **CIA certification required**
✔️ Strong knowledge of audit follow-up and issue tracking
✔️ Familiarity with **Teammate+** and audit management tools
✔️ Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards
✔️ Strong analytical, documentation, and report-writing skills
✔️ Excellent **Arabic & English** communication skills
✔️ Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and teamwork
➕ Additional certifications such as **CFE, CISA, CAMS, CPA, CTP, ACI, Credit Certified, or IFRS Dip** are advantageous
