**Breadfast** is hiring a Logistics Specialist to monitor delivery operations, ensure delivery agent (DA) compliance, and maintain service quality standards.

### 🔎 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Monitor delivery agents’ appearance, hygiene, and branding compliance
🔹 Conduct field audits to ensure adherence to SOPs
🔹 Collect and document restaurant feedback on delivery agent performance
🔹 Track cash collections and escalate irregularities
🔹 Monitor delivery delays and coordinate real-time interventions
🔹 Support new operational processes and tools
🔹 Prepare weekly field reports covering compliance, risks, and recommendations
🔹 Escalate recurring delays and delivery agent non-responsiveness
Job Requirements:
✔️ Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Business, or a related field
✔️ **1–2 years** of experience in delivery support or logistics operations
✔️ Experience with dispatch tools and real-time support systems
✔️ Familiarity with delivery agent workflows and SLA enforcement
✔️ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
✔️ Ability to multitask and work under pressure
