### 🔎 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Build and maintain marketing dashboards and performance reports covering KPIs, conversions, ROI, and product penetration.
🔹 Analyze customer behavior, campaign performance, and transactional data to recommend improvements.
🔹 Support customer segmentation, hyper-personalization, and targeted marketing strategies.
🔹 Develop campaign attribution and ROI models to evaluate media spend and creative performance.
🔹 Monitor competitor campaigns, pricing, and market positioning.
🔹 Collaborate with brand, product, and digital teams to define metrics and reporting standards.
🔹 Use AI-powered tools for data summarization, anomaly detection, reporting automation, and dashboard analysis.
🔹 Support emerging AI-agent initiatives for campaign analysis, competitive intelligence, and performance reporting.
🔹 Ensure reporting and customer-data practices comply with CBE requirements and the bank’s data-handling standards.
Job Requirements:
✅ 2–4 years of relevant analytical experience.
✅ Strong knowledge of customer segmentation, campaign attribution, ROI measurement, and KPI design.
✅ Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
✅ Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and data modeling.
✅ SQL knowledge is a strong plus.
✅ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, presentation, and reporting skills.
✅ Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
✅ Hands-on daily use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Copilot.
✅ Working knowledge of prompt engineering and AI-assisted analytics or workflow automation.
✅ Ability to validate AI-generated insights against raw data and business context.
✅ Adaptability to evolving Martech tools and compliance-driven banking environments.
