🚀 High Art is hiring an experienced HR Manager to lead HR operations, develop workforce strategies, and support engineering, construction, and project teams across the business.

### 🔎 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with business objectives.
🔹 Oversee recruitment and selection across engineering, technical office, project management, and site teams.
🔹 Manage manpower planning and workforce allocation based on project requirements.
🔹 Supervise payroll, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and personnel administration.
🔹 Ensure compliance with Egyptian Labor Law, social insurance regulations, and company policies.
🔹 Oversee performance management, training, employee development, and succession planning.
🔹 Manage employee contracts, attendance, leave, investigations, disciplinary actions, and exit procedures.
🔹 Lead the HR team and continuously improve processes and performance.
🔹 Prepare HR reports, KPIs, and workforce analytics for senior management.
🔹 Coordinate with project managers and department heads to resolve workforce challenges.
Job Requirements:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
✅ 10–15 years of HR experience, including managerial responsibilities.
✅ Strong knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law, social insurance, payroll, and personnel management.
✅ Proven experience in manpower planning and recruitment for engineering and construction projects.
✅ Previous experience in construction or contracting companies is highly preferred.
✅ Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
✅ Strong analytical skills and experience preparing HR reports and KPIs.
✅ Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with senior management and project teams.
