### 🔎 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Develop, implement, and continuously improve HSE management systems, policies, and procedures.
🔹 Ensure compliance with local and international HSE regulations, including OSHA standards.
🔹 Conduct risk assessments, identify hazards, and implement effective control measures.
🔹 Lead HSE training programs to improve employee awareness and safety competence.
🔹 Oversee incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective and preventive actions.
🔹 Manage environmental compliance, waste management, emissions control, and sustainability initiatives.
🔹 Develop emergency response plans, maintain fire safety protocols, and conduct regular drills.
🔹 Monitor HSE performance, analyze trends, and drive continuous improvement.
Job Requirements:
✅ 8–15 years of progressive HSE experience, preferably in industrial or operational environments.
✅ Strong knowledge of HSE management systems, EHS regulations, and engineering best practices.
✅ Practical experience with OSHA standards and international safety guidelines.
✅ Expertise in risk management, hazard identification, and control measures.
✅ Experience in fire safety, emergency response planning, and incident investigation.
✅ Knowledge of environmental compliance and quality management principles.
✅ Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
