Rootify is looking for an experienced and motivated Purchasing Specialist to support procurement operations and ensure the timely availability of food ingredients, packaging materials, and restaurant supplies.

### 🔎 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Identify, evaluate, and maintain strong supplier relationships.
🔹 Obtain and compare quotations to secure competitive pricing.
🔹 Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
🔹 Prepare and process purchase orders in line with company policies.
🔹 Coordinate with Operations, Warehouse, Finance, and Branch Managers to meet purchasing needs.
🔹 Ensure timely availability of food ingredients, packaging materials, and restaurant supplies.
🔹 Monitor supplier performance, product quality, and delivery timelines.
🔹 Maintain accurate purchasing records, supplier databases, and procurement documentation.
🔹 Monitor market prices and identify cost-saving opportunities.
🔹 Ensure compliance with purchasing procedures and approval policies.
Job Requirements:
✅ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, or a related field.
✅ 4–6 years of experience in purchasing and procurement.
✅ Previous experience in the restaurant or Food & Beverage (F&B) industry is preferred.
✅ Strong negotiation, communication, and supplier management skills.
✅ Good knowledge of purchasing procedures and inventory coordination.
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and purchasing or ERP systems.
✅ Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
✅ Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
