📊 **Senior Cost Accountant**
A confidential company is seeking an experienced Senior Cost Accountant to strengthen cost control, analyze financial performance, and improve profitability across multiple restaurant branches.

### 🔎 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Analyze food, beverage, and operating costs, investigating variances against budgets and previous periods.
🔹 Monitor food costs, inventory valuation, stock movements, and wastage across restaurant branches.
🔹 Support menu costing and pricing analysis.
🔹 Coordinate with Production, Technical, and Planning teams to investigate cost discrepancies and efficiency issues.
🔹 Analyze raw material consumption, waste, and production efficiency variances.
🔹 Prepare gross margin and profitability reports by product, customer, and sales channel.
🔹 Compare actual production costs with standard and budgeted costs and prepare detailed variance reports.
🔹 Prepare cost reports and provide insights to support management decisions.
🔹 Support budgeting, forecasting, and month-end closing activities.
🔹 Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, and Operations to improve cost control and reporting.
🔹 Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve profitability across branches.
Job Requirements:
✅ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
✅ At least 10 years of relevant cost accounting experience.
✅ Previous experience in the restaurant or Food & Beverage (F&B) industry is required.
✅ Experience managing cost accounting across multiple restaurant branches, with a proven track record of improving food cost control and profitability.
✅ Strong knowledge of food costing, inventory management, budgeting, and financial reporting.
✅ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
✅ Experience with ERP systems is preferred.
⭐ **Preferred:** Experience with restaurant operations in the Gulf region.
