VeriPark is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex banking software implementations and digital banking transformation projects for international financial institutions.

### 🔎 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Manage end-to-end implementation projects across retail and commercial banking.
🔹 Oversee LOS, digital banking, ProLender, core banking, and third-party system integrations.
🔹 Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and implementation plans with stakeholders.
🔹 Lead cross-functional teams of business analysts, developers, testers, and vendors.
🔹 Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and delivery milestones.
🔹 Ensure compliance with financial regulations, AML requirements, CRA forms, and applicable standards.
🔹 Coordinate production issues, system enhancements, and post-go-live support.
🔹 Maintain project governance, quality standards, and regular progress reporting to clients and senior leadership.
🔹 Identify process improvements and promote best practices across project teams.
Job Requirements:
✅ 12+ years of project management experience delivering LOS and digital banking implementation projects for banking clients.
✅ Hands-on experience managing retail and commercial banking projects.
✅ Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
✅ Experience integrating core banking systems, CRM platforms, and third-party solutions.
✅ Familiarity with MS Project and Azure DevOps.
✅ Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
✅ Ability to work with international clients across Canada, Europe, and Australia, with flexibility for remote meetings of up to two hours per day.
⭐ **Preferred:** PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum certifications.
