talabat, part of Delivery Hero Group, is hiring a hands-on Store Supervisor in Cairo to oversee end-to-end store operations, optimize inventory and fulfillment, control costs, and ensure excellent customer service.

### 🔎 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Oversee daily store operations, including staffing, shift scheduling, ordering, receiving, stocking, picking, and packing
🔹 Manage inventory and replenishment to prevent out-of-stock and overstock situations
🔹 Ensure accurate inbound receiving and efficient order fulfillment in line with SOPs
🔹 Optimize picker productivity and improve operational efficiency
🔹 Monitor store expenses, control costs against budgets, and maximize profitability
🔹 Supervise store personnel and ensure effective resource utilization
🔹 Implement inventory control and shrinkage-reduction measures
🔹 Maintain equipment, infrastructure, and material-handling equipment in good condition
🔹 Enforce hygiene, sanitation, security, and safety standards
🔹 Monitor service levels and drive continuous operational improvements
🔹 Coordinate with the Operations Manager and maintenance teams to resolve store issues
Job Requirements:
✅ At least 4 years of experience in a supermarket or restaurant environment
✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Hands-on approach to store operations and problem-solving
✅ Ability to manage multiple tasks and optimize resources
✅ Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
✅ Fluent English and Arabic are highly advantageous
