🧩 Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming customer calls and inquiries promptly and professionally
Process online and in-store orders from confirmation to delivery
Resolve complaints according to company policy or escalate when necessary
Update customer and order information in CRM or internal systems
Maintain call quality standards and meet KPIs (call volume, conversion, satisfaction)
Guide customers to nearest branches or best offers
Monitor orders via website and social media channels
Assist customers with payments, cancellations, and modifications
Make outbound calls to promote products and services
Achieve sales targets and improve conversion rates
Present products and offers convincingly while handling objections professionally
Record and follow up on sales leads in CRM or internal system
🎓 Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Proficiency with computers and internal systems
