Job Overview

Blu EV—Orascom Investment Holding’s fast-growing e-mobility subsidiary—is transforming urban transportation through its Battery-as-a-Service (BaaS) platform, vehicle conversions, and future Mobility-as-a-Service (MaaS) model.

The company is hiring a Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize full supply chain operations, manage assets, and strengthen supplier networks.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement supply chain strategies and SOPs to maximize efficiency and cost control.

Manage inventory plans that meet operational needs while reducing stockholding costs.

Maintain accurate asset records, perform audits, and ensure full traceability.

Conduct random checks on assets and stock accuracy.

Collaborate cross-functionally to align supply chain activities with business goals.

Manage and evaluate supplier performance to ensure timely availability of materials.

Drive demand planning and production scheduling with local and overseas suppliers.

Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements.

Leverage supply chain systems to enhance visibility, tracking, and data accuracy.

Monitor KPIs to assess performance and recommend optimization actions.

Ensure compliance with regulations, quality standards, and ethical sourcing.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in logistics, engineering, business administration, or equivalent.

10–15 years of experience, including 5–7 years in a leadership role.

Strong knowledge of logistics, procurement, and inventory management.

Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving ability.

Proficiency with supply chain systems and software.

Import & Export Practice Certificate (Cairo Chamber of Commerce) required.

APICS / CSCP or similar certifications are a strong advantage.
