IT Specialist – Full-Time (Cairo, On-Site)
Jessour Misr is seeking a skilled IT Specialist with 2–4 years of experience to provide day-to-day IT support and maintain company systems. This is a hands-on role for professionals passionate about technology, troubleshooting, and digital transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Provide hardware, software, and network support to users
Manage and troubleshoot Windows systems, printers, LAN/WAN, and email issues
Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software
Monitor network security and antivirus systems
Perform regular backups and disaster recovery
Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure compliance with internal policies
Coordinate with external vendors for IT support and maintenance
Support digital transformation projects and ERP integrations
Requirements:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
✔ 2–4 years of IT support or system administration experience
✔ Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office Suite, and basic networking
✔ Familiarity with Odoo ERP is a plus
✔ Good command of English and Arabic (spoken & written)
✔ High attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: 10,000–15,000 EGP per month
