Job Description:

🚀 Customer Operations Officer | EGBANK 📍 Cairo & Giza, Egypt 🏢 EGBANK 🕒 Full-Time 🌍 On-site EGBANK is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused graduates to join its Consumer Banking and SMEs Division as Customer Operations Officers. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a career in banking while developing expertise in customer service, branch operations, and banking products. 🔹 Key Responsibilities: • Welcome and assist branch walk-in customers professionally • Manage branch queues and guide customers to suitable banking channels such as ATMs and Online Banking • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently • Support customers with banking products, services, and required documentation • Promote relevant banking products through cross-selling opportunities • Generate referrals and support new customer acquisition efforts • Educate customers about alternative banking channels and digital services • Process customer requests accurately according to bank procedures and policies • Maintain custody items and branch operational controls as required • Ensure all transactions and requests are completed with proper documentation and approvals

Job Requirements:
