A leading company in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Admin Logistic Officer to oversee fleet operations, driver management, and transportation coordination. This role is ideal for professionals with strong experience in fleet administration, transportation planning, and operational logistics within fast-paced environments.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily transportation requirements and vehicle scheduling
• Manage drivers' assignments to ensure efficient transportation operations
• Monitor vehicle utilization, fuel consumption, and operational performance
• Track preventive maintenance schedules and vehicle servicing requirements
• Ensure fleet compliance with safety standards and transportation regulations
• Coordinate with internal departments to support transportation needs
• Manage driver attendance, leave schedules, and duty rosters
• Resolve transportation and fleet-related operational issues promptly
• Maintain vehicle registrations, insurance records, and compliance documentation
• Prepare fleet performance, utilization, and driver activity reports
• Identify opportunities to improve transportation efficiency and reduce costs
Job Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in transportation, fleet management, logistics, or HR logistics
• Previous experience managing company vehicles and drivers
• Strong knowledge of fleet operations, vehicle maintenance, and transportation planning
• Experience monitoring fuel consumption and fleet utilization metrics
• Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
