Join a fast-growing UK content agency and become the operational backbone behind content production and client delivery. You'll coordinate teams, manage workflows, eliminate bottlenecks, and ensure every project moves smoothly from planning to execution.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Own and manage weekly delivery control sheets
✅ Coordinate editors, shooters, account managers, and support teams
✅ Assign tasks and rebalance workloads when needed
✅ Track deadlines and ensure timely project delivery
✅ Identify and resolve operational blockers
✅ Maintain workflow visibility across projects
✅ Run production and operational meetings
✅ Improve processes and reduce operational bottlenecks
✅ Ensure accountability across all stakeholders
Job Requirements:
✔ 2–5 years of experience in Operations, Project Management, Production Coordination, or similar roles
✔ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
✔ Excellent attention to detail
✔ Strong communication and leadership skills
✔ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
✔ Experience enforcing deadlines and driving accountability
✔ Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Agency experience
• Experience in content creation, media, creative, or production environments
