Customer Service Advisor – Full-Time (Maadi, On-Site)

e& CX Solutions is looking for dedicated English-speaking Customer Service Advisors to handle UAE customers (Etisalat UAE MSE account). This is a great opportunity for graduates from any major to start or grow their career in customer service.

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls for UAE clients

Provide solutions, support, and maintain high customer satisfaction

Work collaboratively with team members to meet performance goals

Requirements:

✔ Very Good to Excellent English (B1+)

✔ Graduate of any major

✔ Flexibility to work rotational shifts
