Video Editor (AI-Talented) – Full-Time Remote/Hybrid

We are seeking a creative and experienced Video Editor who can transform AI-generated clips into polished, platform-ready commercials. This full-time role starts with a trial period and leads to a long-term contract for high-performing editors.

Key Responsibilities:

Edit AI and hybrid footage into commercial-ready ads

Add motion typography, captions, transitions, end cards, and packshots

Optimize deliverables for TikTok, Reels, Shorts, YouTube, and paid ads

Manage multiple versions efficiently and implement feedback rapidly

Collaborate with creative teams, AI creators, and designers

Requirements:

✔ Experience editing AI outputs (Kling, Sora, Veo, or similar)

✔ Strong commercial pacing and video polish

✔ Able to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure

✔ Self-QA: captions, audio, export specs, safe zones, bitrate

✔ Clean project organization, version control, and editable handoff files

✔ NDA required, maintaining strict confidentiality

✔ Hardware capable of heavy timelines and stable internet

Software & Support:

Company covers 50–100% of required tools and software

Hiring Process:

Portfolio required

Practical editing test required

Trial: 1 month at 50% pay → 2 months full pay → long-term contract
