Job Description:
📅 Lead monthly and annual financial closing cycles
📊 Prepare Financial Statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
📘 Oversee GL, AP, AR, and Treasury operations
💰 Manage cash flow, bank relationships, and payment runs
📉 Monitor collections and supplier payments
⚖ Ensure compliance with IFRS and tax regulations
👥 Supervise and develop the accounting team
🔹 Odoo ERP Responsibilities (Mandatory)
⚙ Configure and maintain Chart of Accounts and tax setup
📦 Manage landed costs and inventory valuation
🧾 Ensure proper accruals, cut-off, and revenue recognition
🔐 Strengthen internal controls within Odoo workflows
🤝 Coordinate with system implementers for enhancements
Job Requirements:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
✔ 7+ years of experience (3+ years managerial)
✔ Strong hands-on Odoo Accounting experience (mandatory)
✔ Solid knowledge of IFRS and tax regulations
✔ Strong analytical and leadership skills
✔ Excellent written and spoken English
