Job Description:
✈ Expedite and route cargo movements across air, sea, road, and rail
📦 Coordinate pickups, deliveries, and terminal handling
📄 Prepare, review, and validate shipping documents (B/L, invoices, tariffs)
💬 Negotiate transport terms with freight carriers
📍 Track shipment milestones and provide structured operational insights
⚖ Advise on shipping methods, cost optimization, and compliance
📊 Record shipment data (weights, costs, transit times) to enrich AI datasets
🤝 Collaborate with AI and product teams to refine logistics workflows
Job Requirements:
✔ Proven experience as Freight Forwarder, Cargo Agent, Load Planner, or Logistics Coordinator
✔ Strong understanding of international shipping documentation
✔ Experience negotiating with carriers and service providers
✔ Familiarity with cargo terminals and shipment tracking systems
✔ Strong communication and analytical skills
✔ Comfort working in tech-enabled / remote environments
🔹 Preferred Qualifications
• Knowledge of international freight regulations & customs procedures
• Experience in multi-modal shipping operations
• Background in digital logistics platforms or automation
• Prior exposure to AI or process optimization initiatives
